Priceonomics Blog: The Fixie Bike Index

Pretty engaging data about bicycle markets and their index—Bike infrastructure is becoming an indicator of growing cities.

There are some issues with how they do their research (only consulting bikes for sale rather than measuring other programs that a city might have), but it definitely provides some interesting insights.
